And flavor profiles of individual ingredients are masked by Olympic combinations. Love every second of discussion. Thank you

I'm lucky I subscribe to La Briffe, so I usually have something to put in my LRN file. I've been looking forward to seeing someone who fed Phil and made Julia Child cry, and someone who made me collect my Gourmet and Food Arts magazines and made me look for how to make better fish for my wife, only to become obsessed with ikejime. I hadn't seen Laurie in the swirl of social media, but considering the company she keeps, that won't last long.
My daughter just found out she has breast cancer, but the doctor said it was very small and she only needs a lumpectomy and some radiation to be safe. It was encouraging to see Nancy thriving and ready to take the hill again.
Laurie, if your camera is overheating, maybe get something to use as a heat sink, like we use marble to suck up excess heat or cold.
