Great recipe, but the white sauce, I agree with you, if it was Tzatziki a totally different thing. Nothing like a good curry, and that is the one thing the Indian population haven’t done here in Australia and that is Westernise it like the Chinese did, thankfully though there are some really good authentic Chinese restaurants available these days
